No. You are registered with us, and we know who you are. We simply prefer to avoid unnecessary use of resources and adding more plastic to the world.

You can apply for tickets. To be eligible, you need an active membership with BOTH Liverpool FC AND OLSC Luxembourg. Of course, tickets are only available when Liverpool FC provides the club with a corresponding ticket allocation.

Not on a “first come, first served” basis. There is a certain order of priority based on the number of previous unsuccessful applications, the number of years you have been an OLSC Luxembourg member, and, if there is an absolute tie, a random draw may be used.

Yes. Group applications are possible if everyone included has given their prior consent and is also eligible to apply.

The group is generally treated as one application. Important: the priority of the Lead Applicant applies to the entire group.

Not a good idea. Without a valid reason, this results in a ban from ticket allocations for the next 3 allocation rounds.

Absolutely: NO! Reselling or unauthorized transfer of a ticket can result in an immediate ban from future ticket allocations and expulsion from OLSC Luxembourg.

In verified exceptional circumstances – for example illness, bereavement or an unforeseen work commitment – the Board may waive or modify a sanction.
